September 11th Victim
Compensation Fund

Mr. Feinberg will discuss how the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund was developed to respond to the needs of the victims of the terrorist attacks. He is an attorney and a leading expert in alternative dispute resolution. Currently serving as Adjunct Professor of Law at the Georgetown University Law Center, Mr. Feinberg also acted as the Special Master overseeing the Agent Orange Settlement.
