In this discussion, we will explore how visualization, relaxation techniques, self-hypnosis, and meditation are used in other fields. Two experts, Michael Cohen from the field of medicine, and Jonathan Marshall from psychotherapy will begin the discussion with examples from their fields of practice. Following this introduction, we will explore how these techniques might be helpful to conflict resolution practitioners.
