Occupation is a documentary that tells the powerful story of students and janitors who took on (and defeated) a powerful corporation and brought the living wage movement to the forefront of public awareness. The film is narrated by Ben Affleck, whose father was a janitor and stepmother a cleaning woman at Harvard.

After the showing, Professor Paul Weiler will lead a discussion about labor issues raised in the film.
