Master mediators Teri Wakeen, Joe Epstein, and Robert Creo from the International Academy of Mediators (IAM) will share stories and perspectives from their work with high level disputes. They will explore with us the human dimension they encounter time and again in their work and reflect with us on the deeper potential for transformation that even commercial and business mediation offers.

Free and open to the public.

About the Speakers

Robert A. Creo is a specialist in alternate dispute resolution located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Teri Wakeen, President of Wakeen & Associates Mediation Services, has served exclusively as a professional mediator since 1992.

Joe Epstein is a Fellow and Board Member of the International Academy of Mediators and a full time mediator.
