Join the Program on Negotiation and Deborah Kolb for a workshop on highly effective and strategic negotiation moves that women can use to get what they need to be successful in any leadership role.

Deborah Kolb is the Deloitte Ellen Gabriel Chair for Women and Leadership at the Simmons School of Management, co-director of PON's Program on Negotiations in the Workplace, and author of several books, including Her Place at the Table.
