Lee RossJoin us for a talk by Lee Ross on "naive realism" and other factors that exacerbate conflict and create barriers to efficient negotiation and dispute resolution. He will present laboratory and field research results, as well as some lessons that he and his colleagues at the Stanford Center on Conflict and Negotiation have learned over the years from their involvement in the "real world."

Lee Ross
is the Stanford Federal Credit Union Professor of Psychology. His work focuses on biases in human inference, judgment and decision-making, and more recently on "naïve realism" and other barriers to efficient dispute resolution. The recipient of many academic honors, he has also played a role in conflict resolution initiatives in Northern Ireland and the Middle East.
