Enjoyed stumbling across the TED talk while gathering information, articles and perspectives to revise my current Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution course. Walk to resolve conflict! Good advice from professor Ury. I used it many times on my conflict resolution trainings, but I did not connect it to the theory of the 3rd side and to Abraham story. Thanks for connecting my points!
